By using the glam.ink website and/or making a purchase, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms detailed on this page.
If you have any questions, contact me.
glam.ink (“Service”) is an online shop that allows the purchase of digital creative content (“Goods”) such as WordPress themes. All the Goods and content are created by the website operator which retains exclusive rights. You may not claim intellectual property or exclusive ownership to any of the Goods, modified or unmodified.
The themes sold are licensed under GNU General Public License.
Due to the non-tangible digital nature of the products sold, they cannot be returned. Therefore I cannot issue refunds, even if you terminate your account.
To avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfaction and make an informed purchase, I strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the product demos and descriptions BEFORE placing the order. For any pre-sale questions email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In special circumstances like transaction or payment gateway errors, a solution will be worked out and an exception from this rule can be made, if the buyer didn’t already download the Goods.
When creating an user account or making a purchase on glam.ink, you must provide accurate information. You are the only one responsible for the activity that occurs in your account. I cannot be held liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. Please notify me immediately of any such security issues.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (1) copying or re-distributing the Goods and Service in any medium, including but not limited to any automated or non-automated “scraping” (2) attempting to compromise the Service integrity or security (3) conducting fraud, impersonating somebody else, or hiding your identity.
Limitation of Liability
I cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from the use or inability to use this Service or the Goods.
