· Will themes work on WordPress.com, Squarespace or Blogger?
No, themes only work on self-hosted WordPress installs (from WordPress.org).
· Are Glam Ink themes Genesis child themes?
No, all themes are handcrafted by me. I tailor every detail of my themes, making sure you get only haute couture blog wear.
· Are the illustrations/ornaments (if present) included in the themes?
Yes, all illustrations and ornaments are part of the design, therefore are included. Please note that demo content images are not included.
· Are Glam Ink themes compatible with WooCommerce?
Yes, I make all my themes fully compatible with WooCommerce (styles included), so they can be used out-of-the-box for creating shops. You can also check out each theme’s features in its description.
Please note that the free themes do not include WooCommerce support.
· What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards (through Stripe payment gateway) and Paypal are accepted. No personal information is stored by Glam Ink and all transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption.
· Are the themes prices yearly subscriptions or one-time payments?
All the prices listed are one-time fees, licenses are lifetime and do not require renewals or annual fees. Unlimited updates and support are included.
· What is your refund policy?
I sell non-tangible digital products that cannot be returned, therefore I cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made.
I’m happy to answer any pre-sale questions and give you all the details necessary to make an informed choice/purchase, and I strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the products demos and features/description BEFORE the purchase, to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfaction.

· How is support provided?
Support is provided via Support Ticket only. I DO NOT provide support via email, contact form, social media, phone, or other methods.
Monday to Friday (CET – Central European Time timezone) within business hours. Please take into account the possible time differences. I reply to any support queries within 2-24 hours, in the order I receive them.
· What does support include?
Support covers fixing bugs and any reported issues/problems, and I also help with any problems with installing and setting up the theme. Please note that this does not include installing WordPress.
What’s not covered by support: General WordPress usage questions (for that please use the documentation and forum at WordPress.org), customizations (design/code) and any issues produced by third-party plugins, customizations or hosting.
Answers to the most frequently asked questions are included in the Support Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base also includes theme documentations. For any support issue that is not covered in the knowledge base, please add a support ticket.
